This Ancaster client wanted to create a completely natural look in their backyard. They also imagined a cozy spot at the top of a hill on their property for enjoying morning coffees.

Large format natural stone was used to create a landing at the top of the property for the sitting area. To achieve this, the hill was excavated slightly behind the pad to create a level area. The steps worked their way down the hill to join up with a pathway that runs parallel along the hill to the far right of the pool area.

The final result is a natural backyard retreat perfect for warm sunny mornings.
