Project Detail
Setting the McMaster engineering logo in stone required precision, planning, and hard work.
The John Hodgins Engineering Building at McMaster University was in need of over 10,000 square feet of new walkways, making this one of Envision Landscapes’ largest commercial projects. The client wanted to use the patio in front of the building to display the school’s engineering logo. To complete this project, we tore out the existing concrete patio, walkways, and asphalt. We poured new concrete walkways and laid the new interlocking stone to replace the patio, complete with a mosaic of the logo design. The project was polished off with new garden beds filled with greenery and various easy-to-maintain plants.
